In addition to this application, students must also submit the Responsibility Acknowledgement Form. To be eligible for the program, a student must be from one of the following backgrounds: First generation to attend collegeLow incomeAmerican Indian or Alaska NativeAsianBlack or African-AmericanHispanic/Latino(a)Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander In addition, students must be currently residing in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or undocumented student. Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
